Friends some how I accidently deleted all of my old posts due to which I have to perform recovery. The good news is all the posts was recovered bad news is it all republished today, so time stamping is current.

                I didn’t received any response from you yet.  As is mentioned you in my previous email that I already filed a case in consumer court like to inform you that my Case number is 93 of 2014.

Considering this fact that the case in court the service tax liability is distributed between us based on the work carried out in my flat on each financial year.  And as I responded to you,  I am ready to pay those taxes to revenue department,  once service is delivered to me. So please provide me the details of work and it’s cost besides period of undertaking with necessary backup papers related to said services/work.

                Thanks for sending an email to me related to service tax. But as far as my knowledge is concern “Service Tax is a tax imposed by Government of India on services provided in India. The service provider collects the tax and pays the same to the government. It is charged on all services except the services in the negative list of services. The current rate is 12.36% on gross value of the service.”

While in my case “Aliens Group Failed to provide Services which they promised in the Sales deed for which Case is already in Consumer Court” hence I am neither liable to pay a service tax nor liable to pay interest on those till the time service is provided to me i.e. handover, possession and registry  of my flat to me.

Letter to Assistant commissioner of revenue department is already gone from my end dated 18/02/2014 for which I am having acknowledgement too.  I will pay the tax on service provided to once service is provided not before. All the additional cost like fines and interest is Aliens Group accountability.

Hope being a consumer you can also understand that service tax cannot be imposed on victim of fraud and cheating,  which I feel I am right now.

                Thanks for sharing your view and intent to my friend. I am still trying to resolve the matter in an amicable manner. Don’t think that I am not talking to you on phone means I am frightened or ashamed because what I am doing is the correct thing.
                Whatsoever you say to your existing customers about me that I turned down to pay you money is complete wrong information and propaganda. Because I never refused while you guys always  breached your commitment either agreed verbally or in written even though which is legally accepted.
You have no authority to allocate my flat to any other customer as flat was mortgaged by State Bank of India and I already paid you 98% of cost as per sales deed. If you are fair in your deals and doing the right thing, no need to beg appreciation and support,  as support will itself come. I am still asking if you are interested to settle it amicability, justify your demand of spare money and don’t extort common man.  If any one of you have guts and balls answer my queries.  I'm ready to talk to you about it. Either I am not interested to waste my money, health and words just in unless conversation.  Enclosed my questions once again.

1.      Why ACs were not present in the flat as per agreement?
2.     What is remaining amount I have to pay now and Why?
3.     Why Aliens Group offered me to refund when I was interested to take possession?

                Please let me know by what means and mode you are going to transfer the money. Option was always with you not me. During last meeting I explicitly mentioned that it's a last opportunity to you guys.

Microsoft DNS Logging Feature

Troubleshooting network problems can be a nightmare, especially if you don't know where to begin. Microsoft provides some tools that can help you in this situation. One feature that Microsoft built into almost every service is logging. Logging allows you to log the service activity and, thus, find out what's going on behind the scenes. 

A service that supports logging is the DNS service, which allows you to specify which messages you want to log. For instance, you may only want to log queries, updates, or answers.

Debug logging can be useful, but you shouldn't use it in day-to-day operations on production servers. Logging will have an impact on the performance of your servers, depending on how many options you select. So don't enable this option simply because you can, and once you do enable it, select as few options as possible.

To start debugging logging, open the DNS console by going to Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | DNS. In the console, right-click on your DNS server name and select Properties. Go to the Logging tab; you'll notice several debug logging options.

After enabling an option (e.g., queries), you'll have to wait quite a while for the DNS service to start logging. Microsoft left a bug in the user interface, so the system won't log anything if you select only queries or any other option. Before the logging will start, you have to enable logging of UDP or TCP (or both) protocols. Now the DNS service will log everything in the Dns.log file located in the %SystemRoot%\System32\dns folder.

          Thanks for making an efforts to close the loan and other required documentation . As discussed their are some conflicts or issues which need to be addressed before I sign the full documents. Those points are enclosed be :

Page 7 Point III (a) : The cost sheet which is handed over to me and agreed upon too was clearly saying that the cost INR 5249730/- was inclusive of Service and VA Tax. Registration charges are exclusive. Then why its mentioned again the agreement that these charges will be borne and paid by purchaser ?
Page 10 Point VIII (a): It is communicated to at the time of booking that the construction of booked station will be over by Mid 2011 or Max By Dec 2011. But what ever statement id mentioned in the deed is talking about the 3 years with grace period of 6 months (On the above a disclaimer of natural calamities and shortage of raw material is exclusive) . Does it means that the Aliens are not confident about the commitment's made by their sales representative or their could be a conflict in the team understanding itself ? . If deed is talking in the language of booking date then it should be 2 Years with grace period of 6 months.
Page 11 Point VIII (g): Compensation for delay in possession is neither equating the nearest interest paid by me for amount paid against the flat nor its equating the rent of apartment where I am staying. While the penal charges on purchaser is quite interesting against the penalty on developer.
Page 16 Point XV: Now what is developer documentation charges of 15 K its never discussed nor informed to me ?  Coming to me as a surprise element in sales deed.
Page 19 Annexure A: I clearly  mentioned that INR-1L  I am paying now, 7L will be paid by me max by 10th May 2009 and remaining 1.46L  by 12th June 2009. But in the sales deed its no where mentioned what we agreed upon.
            As per the agreement, If I sign the document I am already a defaulter.  Also as per my understanding getting a loan approval will take almost 2-3 Months then the mentioned timeline in agreement is really scaring me.

Concerns : If persons with whom I dealt with so far leaves your organization and external auditors has to do a due diligence then the first highlight will be these. And you know in the current market we should have a proper documents which support commitments of both the parties. Verbal assurance are not able to save any one in case of crises.

Looking forward for your early response and highlighted issues resolution.

Hari,
         I don’t have any trust on your designated team anymore and neither they are responding me on my email. As you are already marked in my latest communication with Namrata and Suma you might be aware that what I am asking for.
                I booked my ticket based on telephonic confirmation from Namrata  after repeated follow-up and continuous calls got the below mentioned email from her .  She is calming now that I will get my flat possession in Dec 13 which was earlier Dec 11. Two year delay from the committed and agreed time lines still not ready to respond on what I am asking for . 
                After paying 50L  in advance I don’t think my ask is huge. I am asking for list of activity which is pending in my flat with dates by when it’s going to finish so that I should be assured that it’s not going to be delayed further with any excuses. Enclosing template and deliverable on a top of my head please let me know what is going to get finished when so that I can ask my friends to do site visits on those frequency regularly.

     That’s a most pathetic and ridiculous experience I am having with Aliens.  It’s insane that even after a year the status of flat is same which you guys were claming the work of months. Flat was incomplete during last two India visit of mine and look like it’s going to be same upcoming visit July too.

Please let me know who is escalation point where I have knock to get the possession of my flat. Please don’t force me to bypass all the protocol and start escalating every the emails to Hari Challa.

I am again asking for email ID and phone number of person who would be  able to help me to get the possession of my flat after completion during July visit.   I am really feeling nervous since thing which is not completed in last one year how it’s going to get completed in two months.
